We produce ready-to-install crankshafts up to 1.3 m in length for engines with outputs of up to 850 kW and speeds of up to 20,000 rpm.

We create a 3D model for every desired crankshaft, derive crankshaft condition drawings from it, construct the operating resources, create the work plans with CNC programs and design the tools for it. We rely on the latest machine technologies.
With our know-how, the use of flexible and multifunctional CNC machines, we can efficiently produce development samples, prototypes, small series and crankshafts for racing according to customer specifications.<br/> The outstanding production standard, the consistent automation and the consistently high level of quality ensure us a solid, recognized position in serial production. Our fully automated production lines and interlinked CNC machining centers with loading and unloading using portal loaders and robots ensure maximum efficiency.
The surface finish significantly affects the performance, fatigue strength and wear of high-speed crankshafts. Here we have gained knowledge and experience over decades. These include gas nitriding, carbonitriding, deep rolling, induction hardening and impact hardening. We have numerous proprietary, patented processes. We offer more than 60 years of practical know-how, particularly when it comes to induction hardening and stress relieving, which flows directly into the development and construction of our own hardening machines and inductors.
Finishing and assembly
After cleaning in automated car washes, the crankshafts are checked for dimensional accuracy using state-of-the-art measuring machines, automatically classified, laser-coded and prepared for dispatch. This takes place in air-conditioned clean rooms.
