Finishing and assembly

All accessories such as counterweights and gears are mounted and dynamically balanced as a complete system. The components are delivered to the assembly line ready for installation.
In the finishing process, each individual component is brought to perfection. Where necessary, specialised employees with many years of practical experience carry out manual work steps. In the subsequent final inspection, the parts are completely checked. They are then washed in fully automatic washing lines and visually inspected in air-conditioned clean rooms before they are preserved and packaged and delivered to the customer.
