Maschinenfabrik ALFING Kessler GmbH
On 25 April 1911, Karl Kessler founded together with Franz Dopfer jun. the company Maschinenfabrik Alfing in Wasseralfingen. The name Maschinenfabrik distanced itself from the classic craft business, since the products were already being manufactured with modern machines.
As a medium-sized family company with around 1,300 employees, the ALFING Kessler Maschinenfabrik is now globally oriented and offers the highest level of competence in forging, heat treatment, machining and assembly of precision components. On a production area of more than 120,000 m² at the main location in Aalen-Wasseralfingen, we manufacture crankshafts and precision components up to a length of 8 m with the most modern production facilities and excellent technological knowledge. In the hardening machine construction division, induction hardening machines and heating systems are developed, built and used worldwide.
With our subsidiaries and the joint venture in China, we also supply the Asian markets.
