Maschinenfabrik ALFING Kessler GmbH is able to apply local residual stresses using patented forming or work hardening processes such as stroke peening or deep rolling, which can significantly increase the service life of the components. A further increase in the fatigue strength values can be achieved by combined hardening processes.
