Experimental and component testing

Even before the hardening machine is built, we can test the quality features of the inductors and the longevity of the components in our application laboratory.
The flexural and torsional fatigue strength of hardened crankshafts can be precisely determined on our own test benches. In this way, components can be optimized for use before serial production.
Sampling, test hardening, inductor qualifications and small series for the construction of prototypes are carried out in the sideshaft applications laboratory.
