The load a component can withstand over the long term depends on many factors.
We put your crankshaft through its paces and determine its fatigue strength.


There are several test benches, on which a main bearing diameter of up to 400 mm can be clamped. In addition to the conventional tests (pure bending or torsion), we offer the possibility to test the operation close to the engine with both load cases combined on multiaxial test benches.

After the fatigue strength test has been carried out, we can offer you comprehensive laboratory tests in order to determine the cause of failure if necessary. With the knowledge you have gathered, you have the opportunity to optimally design your crankshaft and to redefine your limits.
